  • Windings cast with cycloaliphatic epoxy resin under vacuum, separated from the core — solid insulation keeps moisture out of the windings and withstands the dielectric loads of the distribution network
  • No flammable oil-based insulating fluids and no tank: self-extinguishing cast resin, no explosion risk, no risk to water sources or nature reserves from oil leaks
  • Maintenance-free with an expected lifetime of 25+ years — servicing limited to checking vegetation conditions and wildlife management
  • Direct replacement for liquid-filled overhead distribution transformers: identical brackets and pole-fixing mechanisms, mountable at any angle, immediate energizing after installation
  • Higher temperature withstand than liquid-filled transformers thanks to the thermal class of the solid insulation — units can be overloaded for longer periods of peak demand
  • Orderable as Sensformer: sensors and smart IoT gateway transmit operational data with end-to-end encryption for loading, temperature and life-consumption views
